These terms govern your use of Cali Tickets (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

Cali Tickets is an independent ticket resale marketplace. We are not a venue, a promoter, a team, a performer or a primary ticket seller, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any of them. Venue, team, performer and event names appear on this site solely to describe the event a ticket admits you to.

Tickets listed are offered by third-party sellers. Prices are set by those sellers and may be above or below face value. Inventory, price and availability are live and change without notice.

Orders and payment

Checkout, payment processing and order fulfilment are operated by our ticket exchange partner. When you complete a purchase you are also subject to that operator’s terms, which are reproduced below.

All sales are final. The guarantee described on our guarantee page covers non-delivery and invalid tickets. It does not cover a change of plans.

Acceptable use
