Resale disclosure

Cali Tickets is an independent resale marketplace. We are not a venue, not a primary seller, and not affiliated with any venue, team, performer or promoter. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value.

Delivery

Delivery method is set by the event and stated on the listing before you buy. Most events use mobile transfer, some use instant download, a small number use tracked physical delivery. Many venues instruct that transfers are released close to the event date, so a gap between purchase and delivery is normal.

Cancellation and postponement

• Cancelled and not rescheduled: refunded.
• Postponed or rescheduled: your tickets are valid for the new date and no refund is issued. This is standard across the industry.
• Venue or time changed: tickets remain valid unless the event organiser states otherwise.

Refunds and exchanges

All sales are final. The 100% guarantee covers non-delivery and invalid tickets. It does not cover a change of plans, travel disruption, or a decision that you no longer want to attend. If you cannot use tickets you have bought, you can generally list them for resale — see selling tickets.

Seat maps and listing notes

Seat maps and any limited-view or obstructed-view designation are supplied by the ticket exchange and are displayed unmodified. Those designations are set per listing, not per section. Always read the listing note before buying — it is the most common source of avoidable disappointment.

Quantity and seat location

Seats within a single listing are together unless the listing says otherwise. Where a listing offers an odd quantity, some sellers restrict leaving a single seat; that restriction appears at checkout.

Name on ticket

Most venues scan a barcode and do not check identity. Where an event requires the buyer’s name, the listing states it before purchase.

Venue rules

Bag policies, entry times, prohibited items and re-entry rules are set by the venue and can change without notice. Check the venue’s own published information before travelling.

Pricing changes

Listings are live seller inventory and reprice in real time. Once you begin checkout the price is held for that session.
