About Cali Tickets
Cali Tickets is an independent ticket resale marketplace. We have been selling tickets online since 2002. We list seats for concerts, sport and theatre in 55 markets across 20 countries, and we back every order with a 100% guarantee.
Cali Tickets is an independent resale marketplace. We are not a venue, not a primary seller, and not affiliated with any venue, team, performer or promoter named on this site. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value. Venue and event names are used for descriptive purposes only.
The problem we set out to fix
Resale marketplaces are very good at showing you a price and very bad at telling you what you are actually buying. Two listings in the same building, twenty dollars apart, can be a great seat and a bad one — and nothing on a standard listing page tells you which is which.
So we did the unglamorous work. Every one of our 156 venue pages carries written guidance on that specific building: which tier is the value band, which sections sit under an overhang or behind a support post, which side gets the sun, where the sound is best, and how long it takes to clear the car park. It is the information a season-ticket holder would give a friend, written down.
What we are known for
One thing, deliberately: knowing what a seat is actually like before you buy it. 156 venue guides across 55 markets, each written for that specific building — which tier is the value band, which seats sit behind a support post, which side gets the sun, how long it takes to clear the car park. Plus a set of buying guides covering how resale pricing moves, how to read a seat map, why a mobile transfer arrives late, and how to tell a real marketplace from a scam.
We are not trying to be known for twenty things. Anyone can list inventory. Almost nobody writes down what the inventory is like.
Who we serve
Season-ticket holders topping up a schedule. Parents buying a first concert. Fans travelling to a venue they have never been to. Companies booking blocks for clients. Anyone who would rather understand a seat than gamble on one.
How we operate
We are a marketplace, not a box seller. Sellers — professional brokers and individuals — list inventory; buyers purchase through a checkout operated by our ticket exchange partner, which handles payment processing and order fulfilment. That separation is deliberate: it means every order sits behind an established settlement and guarantee process rather than ours alone.
We are not a venue. We are not a primary seller. We are not affiliated with any team, performer, promoter or venue named anywhere on this site. Where we use those names, we use them to describe the event you are buying a ticket to, which is the only reason to use them.
Editorial standards
The seating guidance on this site is the product, not decoration, so it is worth saying how it is produced and what it is worth.
- Where it comes from. Order history and buyer support calls — which sections generate complaints and which generate repeat purchases — combined with published venue information and time spent in the buildings.
- What it is not. It is not generated from seat charts, and it is not rewritten from another marketplace. Every venue page was written for that venue.
- Uncertainty is stated. Where capacity or configuration varies by event, we say so and point you at the listing rather than asserting a number.
- Dates are real. Guides carry a published date and a reviewed date. If a building is renovated and its seat map changes, the page changes.
- Corrections. If we have something wrong about a venue you know well, email support@calitickets.com. We correct and we say what changed.
What we will not do
- We do not hide fees. The total is shown before you enter payment details.
- We do not write our own reviews. What is published comes from confirmed orders and our public business profile. Negative reviews stay up.
- We do not claim to be anything we are not. No implied venue affiliation, no borrowed branding, no misleading URLs.
- We do not use pressure tactics. No fake countdown timers, no invented "only 2 left" counts on inventory that is not scarce.
