Accessibility
How this site is built for assistive technology, what we know is imperfect, and how to report a barrier.
Last updated August 2026.
Cali Tickets is an independent resale marketplace. We are not a venue, not a primary seller, and not affiliated with any venue, team, performer or promoter named on this site. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value. Venue and event names are used for descriptive purposes only.
We want this site usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
What we have built for
- Semantic HTML with a single H1 per page and a correct heading hierarchy.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Text alternatives on every non-decorative image and diagram; decorative vector art is hidden from assistive technology rather than announced as noise.
- Colour contrast targeting WCAG 2.2 AA throughout.
prefers-reduced-motionrespected — all animation stops when you ask it to.- Text that reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling, and resizes to 200% without loss.
- Form fields with real labels, not placeholder text pretending to be labels.
Known limitations
Checkout, seat maps and order management are operated by our ticket exchange partner and are outside our direct control. If you hit a barrier there, call (877) 225-8425 and we will complete the purchase with you over the phone.
Accessible seating
Accessible and companion seating is designated per listing where the exchange provides it. Venue accessibility provision — entrances, lifts, assistance and accessible parking — is set by the venue. Call us before buying and we will confirm what is available for your event rather than have you find out at the gate.
Tell us what is broken
If any part of this site does not work with your assistive technology, email support@calitickets.com or call (877) 225-8425. Tell us the page and the technology you are using. We treat accessibility defects as bugs, not feature requests.
