We are an independent resale marketplace. We are not a venue, not a primary seller and not affiliated with any venue, team, performer or promoter. Tickets listed here are offered by professional sellers and individuals, and prices are set by those sellers — they can be above or below face value.

Yes. Every order carries a 100% guarantee: your tickets will arrive before the event and they will be valid for entry. If either fails, you are refunded in full. The complete terms are on our guarantee page.

Because resale prices track demand, not the printed price. A midweek game against a poor opponent often sits below face value; a sold-out tour date will sit above it. Our fees and pricing page explains exactly how a resale price is constructed and what to compare between two listings.

Delivery depends on the format the event uses. Mobile transfers usually arrive within 24 hours of the seller confirming, though some are released closer to the event date at the venue's instruction. Instant-download tickets are available immediately. In every case the guarantee means they arrive before the event.

Yes — every listing states the section and row, and the seats within a listing are together unless the listing says otherwise. Our venue pages tell you what each section is actually like, so you can judge whether a cheaper section is a bargain or a compromise.

By the method the event uses. Most modern events use mobile transfer: you receive an email from the ticketing platform inviting you to accept the tickets into your own account. Some are instant download PDFs. A small number of events still use physical delivery, which is tracked. The listing states the delivery method before you buy.

Usually not. Many events release transfers close to the event date at the venue’s instruction, so a gap between purchase and delivery is normal and does not indicate a problem. The guarantee commits to delivery before the event. If you are inside 48 hours and have heard nothing, call us.

No — resale ticket sales are final, as they are on every major marketplace. The guarantee covers failures on our side: tickets that do not arrive, or that are not valid for entry. It does not cover a change of plans. If you cannot attend, you can usually list the tickets for resale.

If an event is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, you are refunded. If it is postponed or rescheduled, tickets are normally valid for the new date and no refund is issued, which is standard across the industry. Full detail is on our ticket policies page.

Almost never. Most venues scan a barcode rather than check identity. Where an event does require the buyer’s name — some festivals and a few international fixtures — the listing says so before you buy.

Seats within a single listing are together unless the listing explicitly says otherwise. If you need more seats than one listing holds, we can source across multiple listings — call us rather than buying separately, so we can keep you as close together as the inventory allows.

Because sellers reprice in real time and listings sell. The price you see is live inventory, not a cached figure. Once you begin checkout, the price is held for the duration of that session.

Yes, in the great majority of jurisdictions. Some places regulate resale above face value for specific event types, and some venues restrict transfer. Where a restriction applies to an event, the listing carries it. The FTC’s guidance on buying tickets online is a useful independent reference.

No. We list what sellers have listed. For a low-demand event, resale inventory can be thin or absent — in which case the primary seller is your route. We would rather tell you that than waste your time.
