Cali Tickets is an independent resale marketplace. We are not a venue, not a primary seller, and not affiliated with any venue, team, performer or promoter named on this site. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value. Venue and event names are used for descriptive purposes only.
Every order placed through Cali Tickets carries a 100% guarantee. It is short, because a guarantee that needs three pages of explanation is not one.
What is guaranteed
- Your tickets will arrive before the event. Whatever the delivery method, and whenever the venue releases them, they reach you in time to attend.
- Your tickets will be valid for entry. Authentic tickets that admit you to the event, in the section and row stated on the listing.
- If either fails, you are refunded in full. Not a credit, not a voucher — the money back.
What is not covered
- A change of plans, travel disruption, or deciding not to attend. All sales are final.
- An event that is postponed or rescheduled rather than cancelled — those tickets stay valid for the new date.
- Denied entry for a reason unrelated to the ticket, such as a venue bag policy or arriving after doors close.
How a claim works
Call (877) 225-8425 or email support@calitickets.com with your order number. If you are at the venue and something has gone wrong at the gate, call first — a replacement while you are standing there is worth more than a refund the next day, and that is often achievable.
Why this exists
Resale has a reputation problem, most of it earned by operators who took payment and then became unreachable. The guarantee is the answer to the only question that actually matters to a first-time resale buyer: what happens if this goes wrong.
