Cali Tickets is an independent resale marketplace. We are not a venue, not a primary seller, and not affiliated with any venue, team, performer or promoter named on this site. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value. Venue and event names are used for descriptive purposes only.
This policy explains what Cali Tickets collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website. Your order itself is processed by our ticket exchange partner, whose own privacy notice also applies to that transaction.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address if you subscribe to price and on-sale alerts. Your name, email and phone if you contact us. Nothing is required to browse.
- Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and analytics on how pages are used.
- Order information. Held by the exchange operator that processes payment, not by this website.
Why we collect it
To send the alerts you asked for, to answer what you asked us, to keep the site working and secure, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your personal information.
Email alerts and consent
Alerts are opt-in. You tick the box, you get alerts about the events you followed, and nothing else. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes the address rather than suppressing it. We do not add anyone to a list because they bought something.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function, plus analytics cookies to measure how pages perform. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing site functionality. We do not run cross-site advertising pixels on pages that collect personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port the personal information we hold, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit use of sensitive information. We honour all of these regardless of jurisdiction — it is simpler than checking.
To exercise any right, email support@calitickets.com with the request and the address concerned. We respond within thirty days. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Do not sell or share my personal information: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. If that ever changes, this page changes first and an opt-out control appears here.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Retention
Alert subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe. Contact correspondence is held for two years. Server logs are held for 90 days.
