Who we are for
Built for the buyer who wants to get it right the first time
Season-ticket holders topping up a schedule. Parents buying a first concert. Fans travelling to a venue they have never set foot in. Companies booking a block for clients. If you have ever stared at a seat map wondering whether row 22 in the upper corner is a bargain or a mistake, this site was built for you.
You will know what you are buying
Every venue page says what the sections are actually like — which tier is the value band, which seats sit under an overhang, where the sound is best, and how long it takes to get out of the car park. Written by people who have sat there, not generated from a seat map.
You will see the real total
The price you see is the price you pay. Fees are disclosed before you enter payment details, not revealed on the final screen. Our fees page explains every line item in plain English.
You will get in, or you get your money back
Every order carries a 100% guarantee: your tickets arrive before the event and they are valid for entry. If either fails, you are refunded. Read the full terms.

Why buy here
Most resale sites sell you a seat number. We sell you the seat.
Three things make the difference between a ticket you are happy with and one you regret, and almost no marketplace tells you any of them.
- Section intelligence. Our 156 venue pages carry written guidance on which tier is the value band, which seats have obstructed views, which side gets the sun, and where the acoustics are best. That is the difference between paying more and paying well.
- Honest totals. No hidden fees. The figure on the listing is the figure you pay, disclosed before checkout rather than after.
- A guarantee with teeth. Valid tickets, delivered before the event, or a full refund. Not a support ticket — a refund.
- Two decades of trading. Cali Tickets has been selling tickets online since 2002. That is longer than most of the marketplaces advertising against us.
- Real people on the phone. (877) 225-8425 reaches a human who can look at your order. Resale goes wrong occasionally; what matters is who picks up.
A two-minute walkthrough of how to read a seating chart, spot an obstructed-view listing, and compare two seats on total price rather than headline price.
Why the second tier usually wins — elevated enough to see over a standing crowd, priced against the upper bowl. Full explanation.

What buyers say
Reviews and independent verification
We publish verified buyer reviews collected through our order system and our public business profile, and we link to the consumer-protection bodies that set the rules we operate under.
Verified buyer reviews load here.
This build ships the review component wired to the live business profile and order system. No placeholder testimonials are published, and no aggregate rating is emitted in structured data, until real verified reviews exist to back them.
How we handle reviews
We publish reviews from confirmed orders and from our public business profile, with the buyer’s first name and the month of purchase. We do not write reviews, buy reviews, or filter out negative ones. If an order went wrong, the review stays up and our reply stays with it.
How to verify us
We are a resale marketplace, so it is reasonable to check us rather than take our word for it. Every link below is independent of us.
Common questions
Before you buy
Is Cali Tickets a resale marketplace or a primary seller?
We are an independent resale marketplace. We are not a venue, not a primary seller and not affiliated with any venue, team, performer or promoter. Tickets listed here are offered by professional sellers and individuals, and prices are set by those sellers — they can be above or below face value.
Are the tickets guaranteed?
Yes. Every order carries a 100% guarantee: your tickets will arrive before the event and they will be valid for entry. If either fails, you are refunded in full. The complete terms are on our guarantee page.
Why is a ticket priced above face value?
Because resale prices track demand, not the printed price. A midweek game against a poor opponent often sits below face value; a sold-out tour date will sit above it. Our fees and pricing page explains exactly how a resale price is constructed and what to compare between two listings.
When will I receive my tickets?
Delivery depends on the format the event uses. Mobile transfers usually arrive within 24 hours of the seller confirming, though some are released closer to the event date at the venue's instruction. Instant-download tickets are available immediately. In every case the guarantee means they arrive before the event.
Can I choose exactly where I sit?
Yes — every listing states the section and row, and the seats within a listing are together unless the listing says otherwise. Our venue pages tell you what each section is actually like, so you can judge whether a cheaper section is a bargain or a compromise.
Do you charge hidden fees?
No. The total is disclosed before you enter payment details, not after. See fees and pricing for a line-by-line breakdown.
